Easy Guide to Inputting Assets into the KALISTA System
The purpose of this guide is to facilitate goods operators in performing asset input and registration in an orderly manner from the start.

In line with the designation of the Integrated Asset and Logistics Management System (KALISTA) as a mandatory system for capital expenditure starting in 2025, the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration (Ditgrasi) at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) shares easy steps to input assets into the system.
The purpose of this guide is to facilitate goods operators in performing asset input and registration in an orderly manner from the start. Data entry into the KALISTA system can now be done from anywhere.
Here are the easy steps to input asset data into KALISTA:
1. Select the "Perolehan AT" Menu Operators must select the "Perolehan AT" (Fixed Asset Acquisition) menu from the main KALISTA system menu.
2. Click "Tambah Data" Next, click the "Tambah Data" (Add Data) button to begin the new asset input process.
3. Fill in the Acquisition Form Operators are required to fill out the asset acquisition form, which includes:
- Acquisition type (Grant, Non-PNBP, etc.).
- Acquisition date.
- Item description.
- Upload supporting documents.
4. Add Item to Acquisition List Select the asset category and fill in the item specification details (brand, color, size).
5. Perform Registration Once all data is completely filled, proceed with registration. Successfully registered assets will have a Registration Sequence Number (NUP) and a QR Code ready to be printed and affixed to the item.
