The Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration of USU is one of the academic support directorates based on the Regulation of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 01 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of Universitas Sumatera Utara listed in Article 29 and is an academic support unit that organizes digitization of services and integration of information systems within USU. In carrying out its duties, the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration of USU assists the university leadership in outlining strategic policies in 5 digitalization directorate programs, which are the Provision of Information Technology Infrastructure, Development, and Management of Information Systems, Utilization of Information Technology, Information Dissemination and Indicators of Digital Transformation Development. In carrying out its primary duties and functions, the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration of USU is responsible to the Rector through the Vice Rector IV for Information Systems, Planning, and Development.
