I want to deliver a speech about Digital Transformation at Universitas Sumatera Utara. Digital Transformation of USU refers to strengthening the organization through the information technology and digital technology-based on business models with the aim of improving the operational performance of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) institution. Digital transformation is very important because it allows users of educational services organized by USU, such as students, the public and industry, to obtain better service by improving the user experience. Digital transformation has also made USU become a data-based institution, ensuring that decisions, actions and business processes are heavily influenced by insights and knowledge of the existing data-based on campus conditions. Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration established to increase business process efficiency and competitive advantage, as well as strengthen collaboration and productivity of academics and education staff so that USU can operate agilely to realizing its vision with the spirit of Transformation Towards The Ultimate."
