USU Cross-Unit Collaboration: DITGRASI, PSI, and Biro Sirenbang Build a Secure and Integrated Digital Foundation

The Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration (DITGRASI), the Center for Information Systems (PSI), and the Bureau of Planning and Development Information Systems (Biro Sirenbang) consistently work and collaborate to build a sturdy digital foundation.

The advancement of information systems at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) exists because it is supported by strong cross-unit cooperation within the campus environment. The Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration (DITGRASI), the Center for Information Systems (PSI), and the Bureau of Planning and Development Information Systems (Biro Sirenbang) consistently work and collaborate to build a sturdy digital foundation.

This collaboration is in line with Rector’s Regulation No. 14 of 2023 and aims to coordinate flexible and strategic cross-unit processes, as well as to support efficient, secure, and standardized campus digital governance.

This strategic cooperation covers several important aspects of digital infrastructure, namely:

  • Server management.
  • API (Application Programming Interface) management.
  • Data security and integration.
  • Structuring of university systems and domains.

All processes carried out by these three units share one main objective: to realize a "Secure, Directed, and Integrated USU Digital Transformation."
